Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for refund, store credit, or exchange. Returns will only be accepted if the return is posted within fourteen (14) days of the delivery confirmation date. If your item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different finish or product. If additional costs apply for a price difference you may be contacted for your information, as we do not retain credit card information from our customers. Otherwise, exchanged items must be of equal or lesser value.
There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In such a case, you must file a claim with the carrier. All packages will be fully insured.
You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your package. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused. We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses. There will be no shipping charge on exchanged items, regardless of the customer’s location. However, Canadian customers may have to wait longer to receive their exchanged item(s), to reduce shipping expenses.
